Support Groups

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Our psychological support groups provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences. Guided by licensed mental health professionals, our groups are designed to foster understanding, emotional growth, and practical coping skills.

The group meets once a month. Please call 407-234-5575 for more information.

Support groups can be powerful. Hearing “me too” can reduce isolation, increase hope, and remind you that healing happens in community. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, life transitions, or relationship stress, our groups offer structured support in an environment grounded in respect and non-judgment.

What to Expect

  • A welcoming and confidential setting
  • Professional facilitation by experienced clinicians
  • Evidence-based strategies and guided discussions
  • Opportunities to share (at your comfort level)
  • Tools you can apply in everyday life

Each group is thoughtfully structured to encourage meaningful conversation, skill development, and emotional support. Participation is always voluntary, and you are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Who Can Benefit

Support groups are ideal for individuals who:

  • Want connection with others experiencing similar challenges
  • Are seeking additional support alongside individual therapy
  • Prefer a collaborative and community-based healing approach
  • Want practical tools while building resilience

Healing is not meant to happen in isolation. If you’re ready to take the next step toward connection and growth, we’re here to walk alongside you.
