Audrey Paradela, LCSW, believes that therapy should feel like a partnership.

She works with a variety of clients. She discusses everyday stressors, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, relationship concerns, and members of the LGBTQ community, as well as individuals living with more complex mental health challenges. She will laugh with you and create a space for your tears. As your personal therapist she will walk your journey with you. You can make an appointment in person or virtual.

Her approach: Her evidence-based practices include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy informed, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma-informed care. These tools help us not only reduce suffering but also build resilience, purpose, and self-trust.

Eric Carlon
Eric CarlonAPRN, PMHNP-BC
Eric joined the practice in 2020 and provides services in assisted living facilities, memory care, and acute rehabilitation hospitals. Eric is well versed in the use of psychopharmacological agents and complimentary therapies that allows him to have an integral role in the holistic treatment of his patients. Some of Eric’s areas of interest include Mood Disorders, Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia, Sleep-Wake Disorders and Neuropsychiatry. Eric is also very passionate about education and serves as an advisor and clinical educator which enables him to stay up to date on a variety of topics.
Chrysanthi Siarkas

As part of Home Physicians Group, Chrysanthi is an advocate for reestablishing the human touch in your healthcare while creating a nurturing healthcare experience, empowering patients by providing a physician led ecosystem based on a foundation of Science, Technology, Faith and Compassion.

Chrysanthi is originally from Montgomery County, Maryland. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2018, then relocated to Orlando, Florida to begin her nursing career at what was then Florida Hospital. She worked as a nurse and charge nurse at AdventHealth East Orlando for several years, where she was the three-time recipient of the prestigious Daisy Award for exceptional patient care. After leaving the hospital setting, she dedicated two years to home hospice nursing with Vitas Healthcare before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University, graduating in 2025.

Her specialty areas include ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, and gerontology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting Disney, thrifting, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.

Rosalyn Worthen
Rosalyn WorthenNP
Rosalyn is one of our clinic providers. She has studied medication management and uses several techniques to help our clients pursue their goals of treatments. She has appointments face to face and virtual. Rosalyn also rounds in some of our assisted living facilities to those patients engaged and motivated with collaborative in house healthcare providers.
Bernadette Cipriani Major

Bernadette Cipriani Major is a compassionate grief educator and the host of community grief support groups dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate loss and healing. Her work is deeply rooted in both professional training and profound personal experience.
Throughout her life, Bernadette has faced significant personal challenges, including trauma, PTSD, and the loss of her spouse. As a widow of over ten years, she understands the complex and deeply personal journey of grief. She has also experienced the impact of difficult family dynamics and the devastating loss of loved ones to suicide.
For more than 30 years, Bernadette has participated in and facilitated support groups, gaining extensive insight into the many forms grief can take. Her approach combines education, empathy, and lived experience to guide others through the emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of loss. She believes that grief education empowers individuals to understand their emotions, reduce isolation, and find a path toward healing.
Bernadette is available for guest speaking engagements and can assist organizations in developing grief support groups and educational programs for their communities.
